Jody Alan Sweet


Jody grew up in the Los Angeles area where he learned to play guitar and sing for his supper, playing up and down the California coast as a singer/songwriter for several years in nightclubs, colleges and various other venues, both famous and infamous. After coming to Nashville in the early nineties, he was immediately offered a publishing deal and a subsequent record deal with SBK records. Songwriting was his passion, and soon, hit records with artists such as Trace Adkins, Lari White and Rhonda Vincent, to name but a few were to follow. After meeting Renaé Truex, his focus imediately leaned toward composing, producing and having the time of his life playing the beautiful music of Jonaé.

Renaé Truex


Renaé Truex was born and raised in a small town of Moundsville, deep in the mountains of West Virginia, where she grew up listening to her grandmother playing guitar and her father playing fiddle around the house. At the age of fifteen Renaé began fiddlin' around on her own and fell in love with all types of music from country to jazz. She moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1995 and began making a name for herself by performing with artists such as Ray Price, Little Jimmy Dickens, Lorrie Morgan, Charlie Daniels and Brett Michaels to name but a few. Renaé Truex is a member of the band Cowboy Crush on Curb Records, where they are currently enjoying great success on the radio as well as touring around the world. After meeting with Jody Alan Sweet for a songwriting session, Renaé soon discovered that they had something very special indeed. Composing and performing this Jonaé music has been a truly magical experience.

Tom Moller


Born and raised in Sweden by world - renowned professional classical musicians, Tom Knud Möller is perhaps best known for his dynamic work as a metal, Rock, and Fusion Drummer/Percussionist. With an extensive background in classical music and orchestral percussion, his educational credits include intensive study at Berklee College of Music in Boston and degrees in Music Performance and Music Engineering Technology from The University of Miami. Selected early in his career as the drummer for ARMED FORCES (RCA) and later to join the blistering metal band, WILD DOGS (Enigma/Capitol), Möller quickly gained notoriety as a major force behind the kit. He has also performed, toured, and recorded extensively with a number of other well known artists and bands, including BLACK 'N BLUE, ZOOMLENZ, BLACK ATMOSPHERE, JONAE', Jani Lane of WARRANT, Classical Guitar virtuoso, Molly Manarchy, guitar great, Brock Graue of VAULT, and The JVM COLLECTIVE, to name but just a few. Through his ground breaking work with the World Jazz group, JONAE', he continues to push the envelope in his unique approach to drumming and percussion, bringing a powerful style, sound, and dimension to this masterful band of musicians. Utilizing an arsenal of World Percussion instruments provided by REMO, DW, MEINL, and TOCA, Möller consistently creates new and innovative avenues in drumming.

How many people can lay claim to a career so varied that it includes appearances on MTV's Headbanger's Ball, Montreaux Jazz Festival, Montreal Jazz Festival, the London Palladium, the Grand Ole Opry and the Kremlin? From Punk to Funk, the simplicity of Country and Blues to the complexity of HyperJazz and World Beat? Not many. Yet premier bassist and educator Roy Vogt has done all that and more. The first person to receive a Masters degree in Electric Bass Performance – from the University of Miami's prestigious music school – Roy has been pursuing the art of bass for more than forty years. In addition, he is recognized as one of the finest educators in the world, mentoring dozens of successful professionals, including the legendary Willie Weeks. Electric, fretless, upright, you name it. If it plays low notes and has strings, Roy is a master at playing it, and in teaching others to do the same. Over his four-decade career, Roy has recorded or performed with an amazing list of top stars, including Larry Coryell, Victor Wooten, Dave Weckl, Tom Scott and the LA Express, Chester Thompson, Miroslav Vitous, Glenn Campbell, BJ Thomas, Chet Atkins, Englebert Humperdink, Dickey Betts, Tony Joe White, Charlie Daniels, Jerry Reed, and dozens more.
